We came back from our trip to 5D/4N Genting & KL the day before. He hasn't been feeling well since Saturday when he complained about tummy ache. And he was hot as well as coughing. I gave him paracetamol to control his fever and was paying close attention to him throughout the night. He wasn't his cheerful self during the flight back to KK on Sunday.
Today, I stayed home with him. We went to Dr Terry's to get his Terbutaline and Singulair. In the evening, when he was coughing he was sort of holding his chest. We asked him if his chest was painful when he's coughing. He said 'yes'. We thought we could make it less painful by giving him Terbutaline and Singulair. And I made an appointment to see Dr Terry the next day.
It was my turn to do day-end processing at the office tonight, so I had to leave Jeremy at home with his father and Tracy. Before I started the processing though, Tracy sent me a message telling me Jeremy was crying and complaining about chest pain. I immediately told his father to bring him to Dr Terry and I'd meet them there. On the way there, I kept on praying that Dr Terry was still at her clinic and I kept calling her on her cellphone as well as office phone. But no one was picking up at it was past 8 PM. I still kept on calling her cellphone hoping that she'd pick up wherever she was. She finally answered my call and thank goodness she was still as her clinic, finishing up. She instructed me to bring Jeremy in.
When I got there, Jeremy was already there with his father. Dr Terry told me he'd have to be nebulised. Poor baby. The last time he was nebulised was when he was about a year old and he was screaming the whole time. This time he just sat on my lap quietly. After it was done, I asked him if he was feeling better. He said 'a little bit'.

Dr Terry advised us to continue giving him Terbutaline and Singulair. He was also given Augmentin (antibiotic) to be taken until finished, about a week. She gave him a dose of paracetamol at the clinic.
As I still had to go back to work to finish up day-end processing, I asked Jeremy to go home with his father. But he didn't want to, he wanted to follow me. So I had to go home to fetch Tracy. I didn't think I'd be able to do any work with Jeremy in that condition. I gave him a dose of the antibiotic at work.
Lord, please help Jeremy to recover soonest.
